Brewery: Fischer Beire, France (Alsace region)
Type: Amber ale, 6% ABV, in the flip-top bottle!
Appearance: Thick, fizzy head, nice amber color
Taste: Malty, with some bitterness, like someone put a couple of drops of lime. Maybe a touch of sour, too? Not much too it, really.
Overall: 1.5 mugs out of 4. It's an OK beer, but nothing to recommend it and it's not awful.

Moylan's Irish Style Red Ale
Brewery: Moylans, California
Type: Red ale, 6.5% ABV
Appearance: Deep red color, dense head.
Taste: A hoppy red ale with hints of cocoa. Very good mouth feel, lots of flavor. Reminds me of Fat Tire.
Overall: 3 out of 4 mugs. A very good beer. I dunno why they call it Irish, but whatever.

Bischofshof Pils
Brewery: Bischofhof, Germany
Type: German Pilsner, 4.7% ABV
Appearance: Weak yellow color, like an American mass brew, thin foam
Taste: Not much beer taste of any sort, reminiscent of a "light" beer from an American mass market brew. Not awful, but nothing good about it.
Overall: Nothing to recommend this beer. 1 out of 4 mugs.
I'm officially done drinking German pilsners. Ugh.
